- Give Technical Support by remote or physically attend.
- Educational Qualification ( B-Teck/ BA/Diploma )
- Experience Minimum 5-year Printer and Copier ( A4/A3) Industries ( Preferred to Kyocera copier Model )
- Experience Vendor Management ( ASP/Freelancer) & Team Management ( Vendor Engineer / Field Service Engineer )
- He will be lead state level Support and delivery for Customer Base as well Location Installation Based
- SLA management, Services Review with Customer and Team Performance review Weekly and Monthly
- Identify New vendor to appoint Service partner
- Cost Management related to Service and delivery
- Self-Attend the Call if any criticality is found anywhere.
- Email response/Outlook/Ms Office /Report Making
- 100% Call closed against Call logged on Day basis.
- Frequently Training arranged to Location engineer Team
- Age Criteria : Under 30 to 38
- Frequent Field Visit and Travelling
- Bike is necessary for this job
