Job Details:
- Provide end to end troubleshooting for desktop, laptop, printer, and other peripheral issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux) and standard software applications.
- Resolve issues related to user accounts, passwords, and system access.
- Providing IT support to VIP users (Promoters, MD/CEO, COO etc)
Requirements:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues for desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Assist in basic network troubleshooting, including LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with L3 Backend Wepsol team or vendor support for hardware replacement and advanced troubleshooting.
- Minimum graduate (any) or bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related fields.
