Job Responsibilities:
Network & Security Operations
Manage and support customer and internal networks as per agreed SLAs.
Provide L2 support for:
Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Wireless Controllers & Access Points
Perform advanced troubleshooting for:
- Network outages
- Performance issues
- Firewall and VPN-related incidents
- Implement best network and security practices across Wepsol and customer environments.
- Firewall, Wireless & Switching
- Wireless controllers and enterprise Wi-Fi networks
Skills & Qualifications:
- Should be a science graduate
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in managing mid to large network including Switches,
- Routers, Firewall, Wireless controllers, Access points etc.
- Should have knowledge of Fortinet, Sophos & Barracuda firewall (any 2 OEM)
- Should have designed IP schema
