Sr. Oracle Consultant EBS JD

Role:

Seeking a Sr. Oracle Consultant to lead our Oracle consulting team, with 10+ years’  experience responsible for understanding and customizing Oracle EBS modules (inventory,  finance, field service, Install base, Service contracts, Fixed Assets). Strong skills in PLSQL,  Integrations of Public APIs, and OAF are a plus. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level guidance on Oracle  technology, leading complex Oracle Implementation projects, and developing strategic  relationships with clients. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Oracle consultants, providing guidance,  mentoring, and coaching to ensure successful project delivery. 
2. Oracle Expertise: Provide expert-level guidance on Oracle technology, including  Oracle Database, Oracle Applications, and Oracle Cloud. 
3. Project Management: Lead complex Oracle implementation projects, ensuring  timely and within-budget delivery. 
4. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with  clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions. 5. Solution Design: Design and propose Oracle-based solutions to meet client  business requirements. 
5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales,  marketing, and delivery teams. 
6. Methodology and Best Practices: Develop and maintain Oracle consulting  methodologies and best practices. 
7. Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and expertise with the Oracle consulting  team, promoting continuous learning and improvement. 

Technical: 

⮚ Develop, customize, and support Oracle applications as per business requirements.

⮚ Gather, develop, test, and release software solutions. 

⮚ Provide user support and troubleshoot existing processes. 

⮚ Conduct training and prepare technical documentation. 

⮚ Integrate third-party tools with Oracle apps and database. 

⮚ Utilize PLSQL for reports, interfaces, and customizations. 

⮚ Implement form personalization and work with OAF. 

⮚ Design and manage Java concurrent programs and Shell scripts. 

⮚ Ensure compliance with Oracle apps standards and database structure.

Requirements 

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. B. Tech- CS / MCA with 5 years Hands-on experience in PLSQL  development, report generation, OAF, form personalization, customizations, and creating interfaces using standard API’s. 
2. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle consulting, with at least 5  years in a leadership role. 
3. Oracle Certifications: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle Certified  Master (OCM) certification. 
4. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Oracle technology, including Oracle  Database, Oracle Applications, and Oracle Cloud. Proficiency in creating forms and  reports, SQL packages, functions, and procedures. Expertise in using tools like  TOAD and SQL Plus. Experience in managing Java concurrent programs and Shell  scripts. 
5. Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading teams and managing complex projects. 
6. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
7. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze  complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
