Job Responsibilities:

1. Service Coordination

  • Coordinate daily service activities for printers and MFDs at the customer location.
  • Assign service calls to engineers and follow up to ensure timely closure.

2. Call Management

  • Log, track, and monitor service calls (breakdown, preventive maintenance and installation)
  • Maintain records of open, pending, and closed calls
  • Escalate long pending or critical issues to management and get the resolution onetime

3. Customer Handling

  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the customer
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
  • Timely payment follow-ups and Invoice submission

4. SLA & Performance Monitoring

  • Ensure all calls are attended and closed within SLA timelines
  • Prepare SLA reports (daily/weekly/monthly)

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on service performance
  • Maintain service records, call logs, and asset details
  • Share reports with internal teams and customers

Experience Required:

Minimum Experience:

  • 1 to 2 years in:
    • MFD and Copiers servicing (Kyocera,HP,sharp and Canon)
    • Experience should be Managed Print Services (MPS)
    • Familiar with Ms Excel, Email conversation and PPT preparation.
    • Field service or service coordination
    • Communication should be familiar with English and Hindi.
    • Experience should be in desktop and IT support.

Educational Qualifications:

Diploma/bachelor’s degree in:

  • Electronics & Communication Engineering
  • Any related to technical field
