Pre-sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

As an IT Infrastructure Pre-sales Manager with expertise in managed services solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to lead pre-sales activities related to IT infrastructure services, including ServiceDesk, Network, Security, NOC (Network Operations Center), and Data Center solutions. You will work closely with the sales team and technical experts to understand customer requirements and design tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Should be a MBA graduate (preferred), BE/ B.tech (IT/CS) background is preferred.
2. Should have minimum 4-6 years of experience in IT pre-sales with minimum 2 years in Services only.
3. Should have experience in IT Services Sales with organizations in Infrastructure Managed Services.
4. Should have certification on Cloud/Cyber security/Network etc. (1 technical certification is minimum)
5. Should have Excellent English communication.
6. Should be a go getter attitude person.
7. Should be open to learn and delivering as per the management requirement.
8. Should be very good with MS Excel & PowerPoint
9. Should be open for Travel for Business requirements in North region.
10. Should have own conveyance for local travel
