Roles & Responsibilities
- Fluidic-Map App installation and troubleshooting
- Fluidic-Map tool monitoring 100% Uptime with all devices
- Keep updated end customer info to the tool to build acute database of customer.
- End customer support via 100% Remote management, hence required the knowledge of Remote utility and usage
- Daily report tracks udpate, incident attended and outcome result update.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Should be a any of bachelor’s degree
- Fresher / experience in office automation printing is having additional benefit
- Printer hardware/Software installation will be the more advantage to manage the day-to-day activities
- Should have Excellent English communication.
- Should be good with MS Excel & PowerPoint
