Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across IT, Finance, and Procurement.
- Market Development – Identify and create new market opportunities for Infrastructure Managed Services, with a focus on hunting and acquiring new customer logos.
- Sales Growth – Drive revenue, profitability, and market share within the assigned region to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Account Management – Develop and execute comprehensive account plans, monitor progress, and ensure contract renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Customer Advocacy – Identify and recommend solutions to address customer challenges, ensuring confidence in adopting Wepsol’s FluidPro services as their preferred IT partner.
Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA graduate; BE/B.Tech in IT/CS preferred.
- 6–8 years of IT sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, or Cybersecurity services.
- Proven track record in Infrastructure Managed Services Sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint for business reporting and presentations.
