Role

  • The Client Success Manager (CSM) will focus on establishing and maintaining positive client relationships from an operational and strategic perspective. The incumbent will utilize client relationship management skills to maintain and renew existing contracts, as well as to obtain additional revenue within the assigned account workload in hunting accounts.
  • Should maintain Business relationship with all key stakeholders including IT, Finance & Procurement.
    Identifying and recommending solutions to all Customers’ issues enabling the Customer to place 100% of Customer business on the Company’s products and Services.
  • Provide cover to Service Delivery Manager/Customer Support Manager for On-going support for advanced or escalated questions/issues/problems during interaction with customers.
  • Drive revenue/ profitability targets and market share in assigned Region to ensure that team meets or exceeds revenue targets
    Develop and execute comprehensive account plans and monitor its progress.
  • Orchestrate and execute the go-to-market strategy with the Line of Business leaders and other Team members to develop the market for Infra Managed services. Acquiring new customer logos is key business requirement.
  • Engage and present at C-level both internally and externally with both customers and OEMs (if required).
    Continuously seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships, revenue, profitability, and loyalty.

Skills & Qualification

  • Should be a MBA graduate, BE/ B.tech (IT/CS) background is preferred.
  • Should have minimum 6-8 years of experience in IT sales with minimum 2-3 years in Services only.
  • Should have experience in IT Services Sales with organizations in Infrastructure Managed Services.
  • Should have Excellent English communication.
  • Should be a go getter attitude person.
  • Should be open to learn and deliver as per the management requirement.
  • Should be very good with MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Should be open for Travel for Business requirement in North region.
  • Personal staying in South Delhi, Dwarika, Faridabad & Gurgaon are preferred.
  • Personal staying in Mumbai are preferred.
  • Should have own conveyance for local travel
