Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across IT, Finance, and Procurement.
  2. Market Development – Identify and create new market opportunities for Infrastructure Managed Services, with a focus on hunting and acquiring new customer logos.
  3. Sales Growth – Drive revenue, profitability, and market share within the assigned region to meet or exceed sales targets.
  4. Account Management – Develop and execute comprehensive account plans, monitor progress, and ensure contract renewals and upselling opportunities.
  5. Customer Advocacy – Identify and recommend solutions to address customer challenges, ensuring confidence in adopting Wepsol’s FluidPro services as their preferred IT partner.

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. MBA graduate; BE/B.Tech in IT/CS preferred.
  2. 6–8 years of IT sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, or Cybersecurity services.
  3. Proven track record in Infrastructure Managed Services Sales.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  5. Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint for business reporting and presentations.
