Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Lead, coach, and manage the performance of the sales team
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management

Key Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
