Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative with a background in science to join our dynamic team. As an Inside Sales Representative for our Managed Print Services (MPS), you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by promoting our innovative printing solutions across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to introduce our solutions.
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of the service, emphasizing its simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and comprehensive management of printing infrastructure.
- Understand clients’ printing needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their unique requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors’ activities, and product enhancements to effectively communicate the value proposition of our MPS offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in technology solutions or managed services.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
