Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT / Non-IT Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring for target-driven and sales roles, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and be capable of managing multiple mandates across domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle IT and Non-IT positions, with a strong focus on sales and target-based roles.
- Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline using job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates within timelines.
- Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidates’ suitability for roles.
- Negotiate salary and employment terms with selected candidates.
- Track recruitment metrics and ensure hiring targets are achieved.
- Maintain candidate and client relationships to ensure a positive hiring experience.
- Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience (3–5 years) in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Strong exposure to sales and target-oriented hiring.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Job Portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), and ATS tools.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Recruitment or HR (preferred but not mandatory).
