Job Summary: 

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT / Non-IT Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring for target-driven and sales roles, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and be capable of managing multiple mandates across domains. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. 
  • Handle IT and Non-IT positions, with a strong focus on sales and target-based roles
  • Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline using job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals. 
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates within timelines. 
  • Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidates’ suitability for roles. 
  • Negotiate salary and employment terms with selected candidates. 
  • Track recruitment metrics and ensure hiring targets are achieved. 
  • Maintain candidate and client relationships to ensure a positive hiring experience. 
  • Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability. 

 

Key Skills & Competencies: 

  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in IT and Non-IT recruitment
  • Strong exposure to sales and target-oriented hiring
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Job Portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), and ATS tools. 
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Professional certification in Recruitment or HR (preferred but not mandatory).
