Job Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets for IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Cybersecurity solutions.
- Identify and prospect new clients across BFSI, IT/ITES, manufacturing, healthcare, and other verticals.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, qualification, and closing deals.
Client Engagement
- Conduct meetings and presentations to understand client requirements and propose customized solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including CXOs, IT managers, and procurement teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Product Knowledge and Market Insights
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Cybersecurity.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop solution proposals and ensure smooth delivery.
- Provide insights and feedback to the product and marketing teams to refine offerings and strategies.
Reporting and Collaboration
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reports using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with regional and national sales teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Participate in sales reviews and contribute to strategy discussions
Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience:
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Cybersecurity solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Technical Skills:
- Understanding of IT Infrastructure (servers, storage, networks), Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), and Cybersecurity software.
- Ability to translate technical features into business benefits for clients.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a regional sales territory.
