His last assignment at HP was as Vice President focused on developing alternate business models for the emerging markets with HP's Imaging and Printing Group. Prior to HP, he worked at Wipro Infotech for more than 9 years in Sales and Marketing of PC and Peripherals. His last assignment in Wipro was as GM of the PC Channels Business. He is a B.Tech from NIT Trichy and a PGDM from IIM Bangalore.

Ashok B, Executive Director wep solutions india limited has more than 22 years of experience in the Indian IT industry. Prior to joining wep solutions, he has worked in various roles, which includes Sales Management, Channel Development, Vertical Markets development and Solutions based Selling. He was part of the Leadership Team in India, which grew Cisco India from inception to a large organization. Prior to joining Cisco India, he was with Wipro for more than 9 years, and was involved in the sales and marketing of the PC and server businesses, Product Management and Communication Business. He is an Engineer from BITS Pilani, and has completed his PGDBM from IIM Calcutta.

Srini Chandrasekharan, Vice President and General Manager wep solutions india limited. has over 18 years of experience in the data networking and telecommunications industries. Prior to joining wep solutions, he was the VP & GM, Broadband Division at Midas Communications, a wireless and wired last mile equipment vendor. His previous roles include Director of Product Management and Marketing at Intel and Senior Product Management Roles at Cisco Systems. He holds BTech from IIT Madras, MS from Ohio State University and MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.

Sanjeev Arora, Business Head wep solutions india limited has over 13 years of experience in the IT industry. He joined wep in 2002 and has been involved in managed printing solutions business since the date of its inception. He has been instrumental in the growth of the managed printing solutions business and bringing this business to its current shape and size. Prior to wep, Sanjeev was with Sify Ltd. handling channel sales and direct sales for their enterprise division.

Venkata Ramanan P, Deputy CFO, wep solutions india limited, has more than 11 years of experience in diverse functions of Finance and IT. He was a part of Wipro Infotech for 4 years and there after with wep since its inception and is part of the start-up team of wep solutions. Venkat has worked in core Accounting functions of Wipro, has headed the Factory Finance team of wipro and wep. He has worked as the Business Consultant for the IT function of wep, which set up the entire IT infra-structure of wep right from scratch. CIOL and Dataquest also awarded him the “Best IT innovator” in the year 2006 under the mid-size company category. He was the Deputy CFO of WeP Peripherals prior to taking over as Deputy CFO of wep solutions. He is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant.

Ajit E Nayak – Sr. Manager – HR
Ajit is a 2002 batch Post-graduate from IIM Calcutta and a Mechanical Engineer from Mumbai University. He was with Larsen & Toubro Limited in Project Management & Engineering Design. He has been with WeP since 2002 and handled the HR role for different employee groups. He has also handled corporate HR responsibilities of Performance Management System and Employee Engagement. He was also responsible for the integration of people processes for Select (the Value Added distribution business) when it was acquired.
